Any User Content that you post to the Site may be displayed to other users; for example, contributors to a board you created may see photos you posted on the board. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other users who may view your User Content, so do not post any User Content that you wish to keep private.

Kudoboard sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples functions could include mailing information, maintaining databases, analyzing data, marketing, and processing payments. When we utilize another company to perform a function of this nature, we only provide them with the information that they need to perform their specific function, and they may only use such information for our benefit and the purposes for which they were engaged.
As we develop our business, we might sell, buy or merge businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be part of the transferred assets.
